NOTARISATION OF COMPANIES HOUSE DOCUMENTS

At this time of year many Companies are in the middle of their Tax Year.

A common request is that Companies with subsidiaries or trading overseas need notarised copies of their company documents such as the certificate of incorporation and memorandum and articles of association and annual accounts, perhaps a Certificate of Good Standing also.

Because these documents are publicly available and filed at Companies House, I can produce notarised copies quickly, without you having to attend a face-to-face meeting. 

Depending which Country these documents are for, further attestation (the Apostille) obtained from the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and legalisation at one of the embassies may be required.  This can also be arranged for you, so that the documents will meet the requirements and be accepted in that jurisdiction.
